We carefully inspect every item before it leaves Barangbabycantik. As many of our pieces are limited, specially sourced or pre-ordered, please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Change of Mind

All purchases are considered final once the order has been confirmed.

We generally do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect choice of colour, size or model

- Customer preference

- Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography or screen settings

- Naturally occurring variations associated with the material or craftsmanship of an item

- Delays outside our reasonable control

Please contact us before purchasing if you need additional photos, measurements or information about an item.

Incorrect or Defective Item

If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a significant defect that was not disclosed before purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please provide:

- Your order number

- Photos of the item received

- Photos or video clearly showing the issue

- Photos of the packaging where relevant

Our team will review the case and advise you on the next step.

Please do not return any item without receiving confirmation from us first.

Condition of Returned Items

Where a return has been approved, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, accessories, dust bags, boxes, cards, tags and other accompanying items.

Items that have been used, worn, altered, damaged or are incomplete may not qualify for a return or refund.

Pre-Order & Specially Sourced Items

Pre-order, specially sourced and customer-requested items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once sourcing or ordering has commenced.

Please confirm all product details before placing your order.

Refunds

Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees and other related charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.
