At Barangbabycantik, every order is carefully prepared and packed before making its way to you. We want your shopping experience to feel effortless, from checkout to delivery.

Ready Stock Orders

Ready stock items are available in hand and will usually be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During sales, festive seasons or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your parcel has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are specially sourced upon order and therefore require a longer waiting period.

The estimated arrival or delivery timeframe will be stated on the respective product page whenever available. Please ensure you are comfortable with the estimated waiting period before placing your order.

Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by suppliers, international shipping, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order contains both Ready Stock and Pre-Order items, the items may be shipped together once the complete order is available unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Within Malaysia

We deliver throughout Malaysia.

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING within Malaysia for orders above RM300 in a single order, unless otherwise stated during special promotions or for items requiring special delivery arrangements.

Shipping charges for orders below RM300 will be calculated or displayed during checkout.

International Shipping

For international orders, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm shipping availability, charges and delivery arrangements for your destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier's operations.

Barangbabycantik cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. However, we'll always do our best to assist if you experience an issue with your delivery.
