Very frustrated with the service. I already purchased the decant, but the seller sold the perfume to someone else. When I checked the tracking, there was no delivery update. I contacted the seller, and she said she had accidentally entered my order into the system for delivery purposes. She mentioned she would purchase a new bottle within two days, and I agreed to wait. However, after two days, I followed up and received no response. Until today, no response and no refund received.
